- Competition runs from 1/03/06 to 28/02/07.
- Prize will be drawn by BeautyWell® on 12/04/07 at 11:30am - At BeautyWell® Head Office.
- Winner will be notified on 15/04/07 by 1200am by telephone.
- Winners name will be published in the BeautyWell® Website on 15/04/07 by
Total package value is $5,005.00.
- 1 treatment of your choice once every 2 weeks for 12 months.
- Treatments may only be conducted on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday’s.
- Each fortnightly treatment must not exceed the value of $175.00
- Prize is not redeemable for cash
- Prize is non-transferable
- Prize is exclusive to BeautyWell® treatments only
- The maximum you can accumulate in your fortnightly redemption is $350 per month.
- If you fail to attend the salon at least once per month, your prize will be automatically forfeited.
Conditions for IPL treatments - Hair & Skin
- A standard consultation fee of $50.00 applies, but is refundable on your first treatment.
- Multiple sessions are required for effective treatment.
- Prices + times will vary based on consultation and area.
- Cancellation fees apply.
- Prices are per session based on a minimum 6 treatment package.
- Single treatments carries a laoding surcharge of $30.00 per treatment.
Conditions for Refer a Friend
- BeautyWell® Refer a Friend Recipients must spend a minimum of $20.00 to entitle the referrer to receive StarPoints.
- BeautyWell® Refer a Friend Recipients must spend a minimum of $20.00 to be eligible for the 10% discount.
- A new client referral is defined as someone who has not visited BeautyWell® / Beauty Spot Salon in the past 5 years.

Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers are not transferable to any other person.
- Gift vouchers will expire six months from date issued and must be used by the expiry date shown
- Failure to keep an appointment will result in the voucher becoming void.
- Gift vouchers will not be exchanged for cash
- No refunds or extensions are given
BOTOX® and Restylane Treatment Terms and Conditions
- All BOTOX® and Restylane treatments require the patient to review, agree with, and sign Post Treatment, and Disclosure Consent Forms. To view a copy of these forms, Please contact a BeautyWell® salon.
- BOTOX and Restylane treatments and Consultations attract a 50% Cancellation if the appointment is broken within 24hrs of the scheduled time.
- BOTOX and Restylane Treatments and Consultation services are provided through third party, Qualified Cosmetic Practitioners.
- Medical records are kept confidential, and is a policy of this practice to maintain security of your personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff.
- BOTOX® and Restylane treatments pricing is subject to change without notice.
- Advertised cost per treatment is used as a guide only.
- Accurate pricing will be determined by the Cosmetic Practitioner after a consultation and review of the treatment area.
BeautyWell® 5 Star Club Terms and Conditions
- StarPoints are not transferable
- StarPoints may not be exchanged for cash
- StarPoints may only be accumulated and used in the earning salon.
- StarPoints may only be redeemed on full treatment value only.
- Accumulated StarPoints will be cancelled if the VIP Member has not visited the salon within 3 months of the last appointment date. Benefits will only accumulate for regular clients.
- By joining the BeautyWell® 5 Star Club, you consent to receive product information, new services, promotional campaigns, specials and other general salon information via email, sms, direct mail or any other forms of communication.
- StarPoints may only be redeemed on Services and Gift Vouchers.
- Gift Vouchers redeemed from StarPoints may only be used for services NOT products.
- BeautyWell® 5 Star Club Members who receive a Registration Bonus can only redeem 30 days after the joining date.
- BeautyWell® 5 Star Club Members must spend $20 or more to redeem the initial joining bonus.
- StarPoints may not be earned for BOTOX®, Restylane and other third party specialist treatments.
- StarPoints may not be redeemed for BOTOX,® Restylane and other third party specialist treatments.
- StarPoints will automatically expire after 12 months of joining.
- BeautyWell® reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of the 5Star Club at any time without prior notice.
